ToP® Strategic Planning
If you want effective strategic planning processes that get groups to develop workable, realistic solutions, this course is for you! It has a powerful model and a set of tools that builds on your learning from the ToP® Facilitation Methods course. It shows you how to weave those methods into an integrated five-step approach that includes preparation and design, a practical vision, discovery of underlying contradictions, and development of strategic directions that result in a comprehensive, focused implementation process. This strategic plan is realistic, achievable, and easy to monitor.
ToP® Group Facilitation Methods is the prerequisite course and foundation for ToP® Strategic Planning. An additional day on “Approaches to Environmental Scanning” is included.
Facilitating Conciliation: Beyond Conflict Resolution
